That option probably isn't open to you, but it's still interesting to know. I'd imagine he uses his Fender Quad's tremelo live. I don't think he used the TR-2 for the Brothers tour, but don't quote me on that. I don't own the Boss pedal, but tremelo is pretty simple. It's just 2 controls, speed/rate and intensity/depth. I believe the Boss pedal has a tone control, but tone isn't too important; it adjusts the high frequencies (brightness), but if that throws you off you can just set it to noon. The main control to focus on is Rate. Just listen for how fast/slow the pulses come on the record and adjust accordingly. As for Depth, it adjusts how pronounced the drop in volume is, 1 being slight and 10 being complete silence between each pulse. As for the pedals, the only ones I'm recognizing are the TC PolyTune, Maxon Overdrive OD808, Boss NS2 Noise Suppressor, and the EHX Octave Multiplexer. The hand in the shot doesn't appear to be Dan's (wedding band, shirt rolled up), but at the same time, in other studio footage, the bass player appears to have an orange pedal on his board that doesn't show on the pic. I'm also a little thrown off by the TC PolyTune as Dan typically uses a Boss. That's why I think this is one of the "extra" members'. Plus I don't recognize those pedals at all, and two of them are just straight up homemade or at least re-housed.
