I have no idea why. I bought the vinyl and cd (and found out afterword the cd was included in the vinyl) and its on both. It starts directly with the On the Vista featuring Mos Def. Is there a specific reason for this ? I'm thinking maybe the song didn't get licensing for Belgium (although I have a hard time understanding why). Any information on the matter ? Thanks in advance.
