Actually the more I think about it, since you're from a small rural town in Wisco, you might find that there is LOTS to do in that area. I'm pretty sure there's a Borders bookstore there, but depending on what time you arrive it may be closed. There's a Starbucks, so that's a good last resort - at least they have snacks/drinks and it's warm inside. There's a badass army surplus store over there too but it will likely be closed by the time you're in that area.

Bring a camera and take some photos maybe? That would eat up some time. Cool shit to take pictures of (bums smoking crack, rats in the alleys, etc).

It's not a rural town, it's big by wisconsin standards but that doesn't mean shit. I actually did go to that starbucks to kill time. I wanted to go to Kuma's but it was closed. Ate at a sushi place down the street that was pretty good.
