nostalgia thing? Most certainly. But that's just one of the many reasons. "I ain’t sayin’ you treated me unkind. You could have done better but I don’t mind. You just kinda wasted my precious time. But don’t think twice, it’s all right." -Bob Dylan Posted 1 year ago #

One of many reasons is correct, and Mirby hit the point of actually sitting and listening to an entire albumn. You are forced to flipped it at some point. Warmth, another big one for me. Drinking and vinyl also seems to go hand in hand. I miss greenery.... Posted 1 year ago #

I never was a 'gardener'. I'm more of a wine drinker. Cheese, cracker and a fat bodied merlot makes for a good night and bad breath. Hey, my name's Jack. I think Guinness is the most wonderful thing in the world... ...and then the Irish whiskey is poured. *sigh Posted 1 year ago #

Wine is always good. When you work in the garnden, theres really no stomach issues, rough mornings, etc.... Posted 1 year ago #

Its just so noticable, isn't it? Smell, eyes, manner etc Gardening is a household hobby. One that I never took to. I'm sure I get the same association with a bottle of red. Posted 1 year ago #

Oh, you don't forget "why I love vinyl" reason #48 - you can roll joints easier on vinyl. But no need to get into this debate of booze vs greenery here. Off topic I'd say. Should also mention that sometimes it causes me to stay indoors instead of getting off my ass/couch and going out. That's probably the only downside for me. And it can be overcome easily - just get off your ass and go out and do something. Posted 1 year ago #

Do it up man. I would that I could. Even if you don't always have herbs, the card can keep you out of trouble. Shit, in Cali they deliver to your door. They do this as well in NYC but it isn't legal like it is in CA. Posted 1 year ago #

Careful with the drinking and vinyl Lengths... haha I've had a mishap or two. There are some motor skills needed to successfully play a record and flip it and put it away and whatnot. Not to mention the delicate touch of putting the needle in the groove... Guess I just need practice maybe, eh? Posted 1 year ago #
