If you think there is too much Danger Mouse then dont listen to the songs/album. The Black Keys brought in Danger Mouse..they approved of everything he wanted to do..im guessing no one has read or seen interviews of TBK talking about Danger Mouse..they considered him a part of the group during that album..he played on it and suggested certain things. Yes I was being feceatious...buy in a playful way. I'm sure Nappy knows what he's talking about and I enjoy reading his posts. The tongue-in-cheek point I was making was the music industry is all about money. I think we'd all agree that there wouldn't be a Black Keys band to listen to, unless you lived in Akron, if the music just didn't make money. So we can never know for sure. Personally I think that Pat and Dan (fuck, I'm already talking like I know 'em, haha!!) are creative genius (genii, whatever) and they've taken a music genre lost long ago and brought it to a new generation. Every album is different in a very good way. I would hope that they are their own designers, but if not, who gives a Coronation Street roof cat? The music is still cream to me. Hey, my name's Jack.
