I've been pondering what the new album will sound like for a while.
Consider Dan's solo stuff, Pat's Drummer album and Blakroc collaboration all having an influence and feeding into the trademark Black Keys sound.
More of the same or something that pushes the envelope?

Muscle Shoals is the shit. Learned about it on The Drive By Truckers' Southern Rock Opera. Patterson Hood's father was the bass player on a lot of those famous recordings. Posted 2 years ago #
